Our Bookings Management System

Our bookings are managed using a sophisticated bookings management system. Key information about your booking can be viewed by the customer, your representative and your therapist(s). This means that everyone involved has all the correct information at their fingertips and everyone can stay on top of what needs to be done to deliver your party. We have an inbuilt system of alerts and progress trackers to check that your party is being properly organised according to our tried and tested approach.

Our Customer Login

We realised early on that guests need to choose treatments in advance to avoid chaos on the day of your Pamper Party. We used to ask the customer to collect everyone's treatment requests which would be sent to us to put into a spreadsheet based schedule. This often proved to be a headache for the poor customer who was trying to hurry up the guests to make their selections. In 2007 we implemented our Pamper Party Customer Login which allowed guests to select their own treatments online after receiving an invitation from the main organiser. This means that parties are so much easier to organise from the customer's perspective. They can monitor who has selected treatments and easily send a reminder to any that are taking their time. With our customer login, the customer is reassured to see exactly how their party organisation is progressing, giving you one less thing to worry about in the lead up to your event.

*Our customer login is used with our standard Pamper Party packages. It is not used for customised parties, our Mid-Week Pampering service or small events based on overall pampering time.

Our Considerate Approach to Therapists

We are well known in the industry for our open and considerate approach to therapists who work with us. We ensure that they are given as detailed information as possible about the event and the treatments they are to perform. Our Pamper Party schedules organise their work in a way that allows treatments to flow in the best way possible, given the selection of treatments. We give our therapists paid breaks between treatments to ensure that treatments aren't rushed, giving them time to be organised and allowing them to give your guests their full attention. We are known for paying therapists quickly (usually within a week of receiving their invoices) and they can track their invoices, payments and parties online. The care we show towards therapists is often reflected in the extra care they show towards our customers, ensuring that everyone is happy.

Our Team of Representatives

As soon as we receive your Pamper Party booking we will put you in touch with one of our representatives who will be available to help with all aspects of organising your party. They will ensure that the appropriate therapists are booked, according to the requested treatments and answer any questions you may have about your party. Our representatives have a good feel for the therapists in certain areas and have been a key factor in our ability to deliver a nationwide service while maintaining a 'local' level of service.

The size and skills of our Therapist Network

We have a very large network of professional therapists who can provide a wide range of good quality treatments. The size of our network and our caring approach towards therapists ensures that we can usually cope very well with any last minute hitches such as staff illness, in many areas we can appoint an appropriate replacement with as little as a couple of hours notice, ensuring that your party is unaffected. Our broad geographical coverage means that we can reach many areas that may be considered as quite remote.
