6. Confirm Voucher Request:

We will need to ensure that our services are likely to be available in the recipient's area before processing your booking. We will call you on the phone number you've provided to confirm and arrange a credit / debit card payment.

Pampering Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions

a) Vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference.
b) Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
c) Mutilated, damaged or defaced vouchers cannot be exchanged.
d) No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers.
e) Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
f) At least 2 weeks booking notice required when using vouchers, subject to availability.
g) Vouchers and any other payments must be received by us prior to the date of the event.
h) Our standard terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with vouchers. See our booking terms and conditions (opens in a separate window).

Voucher Delivery Options and Information

First Class Royal Mail

Orders confirmed by 1pm, Mondays to Fridays, will be despatched the same day by Royal Mail First Class. Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class mail the next day, but this is not guaranteed. Orders confirmed after 1pm will be despatched by Royal Mail First Class the following working day.

Royal Mail Special Delivery

Voucher Orders confirmed before 1pm can be sent by Special Delivery which Royal Mail guarantee to deliver by 1pm the next day. Special Delivery will cost £4.95 and is recommended for voucher purchases of £100 or more. Note that delivery cannot be guaranteed for Saturdays so orders placed by 1pm on Friday will be guaranteed for delivery the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). Please note that a signature will be required to confirm receipt of vouchers.


Please Note: The above delivery options relate to a Confirmed Order. That is an order for which we have confirmed availability in the intended recipient's location and received payment. We will aim to confirm orders shortly after receiving an order request, we do not have a huge team at a head office waiting to despatch vouchers so there may be occasions when we cannot confirm an order straight away. Please bear this in mind and order your vouchers ahead of time where possible.

Overseas Delivery:
The charges above relate to delivery addresses within the UK. Please contact us directly to arrange shipment overseas.
